Hi everyone; I'm a new member from California. I have a 1950 MGTD with a Cortina 1600 crossflow engine. The former owner left the MG dipstick in the engine. I really have no idea how much oil goes in this engine, and I don't trust the MG dipstick. I have checked the Internet and eve bought a used Cortina shop Manual. The Manual has no oil capacity info, and the Internet has not so far provided me with any two answers that match. The engine is a 2727E 6015A. It has a stock-looking wet sump. Also has twin Weber 40 DCOEs on a LYNX intake manifold and 4-into-1 exposed headers. Nice!, but I wish I had a solid idea of how much oil to add. Thanks so much
