glovebox lite shud go out when lid shut, thats ur problem.
How to keep glovebox light off when headlights are on?
Hi,
I drive (Mondeo 2001 LX MK3) with the headlights on day and night, resulting in the glovebox light being on a considerable amount of time -- it melted into the plastic cover of the owners manual! I've the bulb removed at the moment, but can it be rewired so that it only comes on when the glovebox is opened, regardless of the status of the headlights?

there is a little switch at the bottom right will be stuck as light should only be on with glovebox open and headlights on
