I have tried all sorts or places to buy a replacement low beam head lamp bulb holder for my 2009 Focus. Ford dealers want £400 for a whole wiring loom!

The standard 2 pin holders from auto factors are no good - the holder in the Focus is a combined connector and bulb clamp. It has a plastic body, with 2 metal clips to hold the bulb and a plastic release clip as well. And the usual 2 meatal tags to take the prongs from the bulb.

I need to replace it because one of the metal tags that takes the prong from the battery has gone black and melted the plastic a bit.

Any ideas where I can buy the bulb holder please?

Scrap yard is probably your best bet. Focuses are fairly common, there must be one with the part you are after.
