i hate my car never had so mamy knocks with any other car

same place as last ime in asda carpark

A bloke in a 02 rover 75 stoped and i mean slammed on the brakes whilst going arround the roundabout as it was wet and me having no abs put brakes on and slid into the back of him (see damage in pics)

all that was on his was two blue marks of paint and mine obliterated lol he responce was he haad to break as someone flew past him and that his was a new car and mine was old and his was more damaged that due to a bit of paint [email protected]

i am guessing it is my fault due to not stopping in time but u never brake on a roundabout well at least not that sharp

regardless of what happens u go into the back of someone it is always your fault and in this case it sounds like you are.

same thing happened to me on a car park i pulled out of a space old git pulled out after me mounted a grass verge travelled along side me car came of the verge hit me then he went into petrol staion clipped a pump and ended up in the middle of the roundabout!! My insurance said his son was in the car and counted as a witness, and it would cost them to much to fight the claim so they paid him out, and compensation for his son who was never actually in the car  But on the bright side the bumpers are actually not that bad to repair, bit messy and time consuming but not expensive i had a bumper as bad as that if not a bit worse, and i got it looking like new, just make sure you use ford paints and not halfords. Good luck

How do you work that out ? You ran into him, tailgating no doubt.

You can't have passengers in your car or the other car as witnesses, witnesses have to be independant.
