I have a 09 2.0 tdci smax running 200bhp (remap, egr blank, k&n panel filter.) What can the standard injectors run to and I want to run hubrid turbo, uprated intercooler, custom exhaust and would like to fit an induction kit of sometype to replace the existing panel filter so will I need to upgrade the injectors?, if so what is available? any help is appreciated

Id suggest get everything done that you're planning e.g hybrid turbo, fmic intake etc then look at getting injectors, I'm sure a specialist can make some hybrids for you. After all the ad-ons though you'll need another map

With modern cars the intakes are often not restrictive at all, your likely to gain nothing
or even lose power by adding cone filters etc.
A standard filter changed more often will be a better option.
Not a fan of the oiled K&N's too little oil and it doesnt filter and too much and it
doesnt flow. Its a fine line.
Only fit an alternate inlet system if its for the noise.

the 163bhp model?
If its a 130/140 fit the 163 injectors?

It's the 140 version, i appreciate all the advice and never thought about the 163 injectors as I always assumed they were the same ones, im not after the noise of the air intake just efficiency, i attached the rolling road print out from the remap and i know there can be discrepancies from one road to another

Flywheel power 
Whats the real power at the wheels?
Im guessing it may have actually been down a touch from the 140bhp and now around
155bhp - 160bhp at the wheels?? (repeat... guessing).
But i dont like flywheel figures unless the engines out the car and strapped to a dyno
directly with no gearbox.

To be honest im unsure as this is what the rolling road was giving, at the moment though i think i have a leaking pipe from either intercooler or oil feed and looking to get silicon replacements for the intercooler and a new oil feeder pipe, but having a hard time find silicone to fit the smax and unsure if the mondeo mk4 ones will be the same
