Yes, but it's a glass-out job. My driver's side ones had paint deterioration, so I clad them in self-adhesive gloss black vinyl which has worked well, and that didn't need the glass to come out as I could loosen them enough to wrap the vinyl around.

Instructions in the Haynes manual, or just pull the rubber seals out and find the screws. Door card removal instructions in the wiki.
