I fitted fogs to my mk1 some time ago. It's pre-wired, so i didnt do anything but fot the lights and the dual-pull switch.

However, they have never worked. Could it be because i'm lacking the indicator light?

At first I thought you meant the orange lights on hte car :}

I can't see the dash indication light affecting the working. It's more likely the fuse and / or the relay :L

Problem is that there is no fuse or relay.. It's wired through the switch... Wondered about this too in the past, but other peeps on here have comfirmed..

I was just wondering.. Maybe I'll have to go on and try replacing the bulbs.. Are they H1 on the Mk1?
