My better half Jodi has her fitness test for the Metropolitan Police tomorrow, and I thought it would be nice to wish her good luck. If she passes she will start her training shortly afterwards to become a Police Officer.

So Jodi (little Minx) good luck you can do it xxx

your driving to hendon, are they letting you park on site?, its not too hard to find, but onstreet local parking is quite a lottery. much easier and quicker using the tube network if you can. its only a 2min walk away.

no mate, I am just dropping her off at the gates and she will get the tube home.
I am not allowed to park a vehicle on site
Have you been/or are involved with the police

**** mate, when I picked up the bonnet vent from you I hid them in the spare wheel compartment of your motor. Had to shift them, so first arrest mate is you.

now thats a new one. ive been competing at at sports many off them for the past 20 odd years, never heard about drinking salt drinks before. i wouldn't recommend that one.

there are various causes for a stitch but most arnt salt related.

how ever camps can be. but i would go drinking high levels off salt as its poisonous to the body in large dozes.

good luck tomorrow jodi, if the met fitness test is anything like bedfordshire's then you've got nothing to worry about. i passed it on a diet courtesy of ronald mcdonald and twenty **** a day, didn't even break sweat. although i do go to the gym a lot but i don't do hardly any cardio as thats for girls! let us all know how you get on. :L
