Oh yeah, this is how wheels should always look. I had them done in their original diamond cut/machined finish and they look brilliant.

It's going to be a shame to put them back on the car and the first time I put even a tiny little mark on them I am going to be SO pissed.......

nicely , how much did it cost ???? , i am thinking of getting my standard 16" zetec alloys done soon , dont want to change the wheels to 17" or bigger as i have just had 4 avon zz3's fitted to them :whistling: :L

Heh, yeah be prepared for a seriously peed-off post sometime in the next few months with a very zoomed in photo of a teeny-tiny little mark on one of them

It wasn't cheap, just over £250 inc the VAT for all 5 wheels at Micheldever Tyres just outside Winchester. Stll less than the cost of two of these wheels new mind you. They outsource the work to somewhere else and need them for 4 working days.

I think it might be a bit cheaper for 16"s as the invoice said "Refurb 17"+ wheels" and these are 18"s. You can see where they have had them on a lathe to take the top layer off if you look really really closely at the finish but who cares. Laquer will probably go again within 6 months mind you

Very nice mate, looking brilliant! FFS watch out for kerbs and keep on top of keeping them clean to avoid the rot returning! Mine are looking pretty bad now but cant afford to do anything about it yet.

Got the same alloys on my car,and they are 99%
kerb and blemish free.
Believe me you will become very very paranoid
about your alloys,you will be checking
them daily,parking 2 foot away from kerbs,
just like me.

Keep them nice m8,but be careful you don't
aquire OCD syndrome. :whistling:
