Knocking noise :(

Hi Guys. I just bought a black 5-door 2006 2.0 TDCi Titanium a month ago, and have driven 3000Km in it, so it now is at 193.000Km (About 120.000 Miles).

Since i got it, it seems like it has become a little bit louder at idle, and seems like it does have a bit of a rattle, so i am thinking it might be a belt tensioner going... but could be exhaust resonance or something similar... Is there any other way to find out then sound? Can you feel play in a bad one with your hands?

2000Km ago i ran some injector cleaner in the tank, and some intake cleaner into the turbo (Bell Add products, very highly regarded here in denmark). Could any of theese have caused the noise to start?

Changed the crankshaft pulley today and its sorted the rattle :)
How much did it cost, and how much aggro? Mine's noisy!
If you use the car in town the problem will reappear soon. On my TDCI it took only 7k miles to become noisy again.
But now I will sort it out once and for all. I will change the alternator pulley to a clutched, free wheeling pulley. When engine speed is dropping quickly the alternator puts a heavy load on to the aux belt system and it kills the tensioner and then the tensioner kills the dual mass crankshaft pulley.
