Strange one. Sounds like a faulty switch. Best thing to do is get one from a scrapyard or off ebay. Should only be a couple of quid.

This is my first post.
I have a mark2 hatchback 1999 V Reg and I am having problems with my light switch, it keeps going on to park and this could be up to one hour after locking the car, can this be a faulty switch or is my car haunted.lol :idea:
