Not sure this is an easy fix as it seems to be part of the DPF. Anyone experienced the DPF rear-most heat shield coming loose? Tempted to try and put a steel band around it to secure it, but don't want to damage the DPF...!
I don't think it can fall off as according to this image below there is a pipe fitting that runs through the middle of it, but would be nice not to have it floating around.
