Now its got cold lol, I've just noticed my passanger side heated mirror is not heating. Otherwise it works fine, is this then likely to be a heater element problem of some sort and if so can I buy a replacement.

How do you get the bloody thing out of the mirror surround as well.

Tilt it right down so you can see the floor and remove the clip :L the wire has probably fallen off or rotted away.
