just up graded to the new rear lghts with crome strips on to my 52 plate tdci my m8 did the same to his but then failed the mot cause he didnt av the reflectic strips on the rear apron like the new models do anyone know why this is CHEERS BUNGE.

The facelift rear's do not have reflectors inside, so you have to add extra ones, its law to have refectors on the back of the car.
He would need some stick on ones, or the bumper inserts
