The weak points on any exhaust are the weldes and thats because the welding process removes the zinc coating (galvanisation) so it has less protection at those points.
If I were you I'd concider finding a local stainless steel exhaust centre such as longlife of someone. These custom make exhaust with nice rear pipes for about the same price as manufacturers charge.
