Sorry, I have used the search - honest. I have found several posts either for older vehicles or engi es that don't look like mine despite being 2.0 diesels.

A clamp broke on me Tuesday morning. AA came and found it but couldn't get a part. I've ordered the clamp, new injector washer and the clamp bolt. The thing that nobody could tell me (even Ford with any certainty) is the torque settings.
The AA guy guessed 5Nm
Ford said they think it should be 7Nm + 55 degrees but they weren't sure!

Has anyone got the real torque figure for this?

Stage 5 / Euro 5 have a read here

My 2011 2.2 is stage 5. I have two Haynes manuals because one covers the Mondeo and the other is the S-Max/Galaxy diesel book that covers the 2.2 diesel engine (which the Mondeo book doesn't)

The MK5 is stage 6 / euro 6

So my Mrs collected the parts for me and Ford have sent her home with the wrong fudging bolt!! Instead of the Alan head long bolt, they've sent a shorter hex head bolt!!
