Hi. I'm looking to trade in my Mondeo mk4.5 and get my self a mk5 Titanium 1.6 ecoboost petrol. The main reason is to get some of the newer features on the mk5. One in particular I want to make sure I have is android auto.
Done a bit of research and I think the ones from 2017 that have sync 3 8" screen have Android Auto. Please could someone confirm if this is right. Thank you.
I can confirm my 2017 has sync 3 and is Android Auto compatible. Options for Android Auto are in the Sync menu you do need a USB cable to get it to work.
Great thanks for getting back to me. Does Google maps work ok through android auto? That's the main app I want to use and maybe Spotify. It would be great seeing those apps working through the main 8" screen rather than seeing it on my phone screen.
Nice one thanks. Been looking for a few weeks now and its proving harder than I thought. Hopefully the right car comes along for me soon.
