Mondeo needs new engine

Does anyone know please if the 2.0 TDCi engine with engine code N7BA would be compatible with my car that currently has engine code FMBA?

My car is an 04 plate and the donor engine is from a TDCi on a 54 plate.

unless its cheap and coming with everything id keep looking for the same engige code you have fitted mate
