Hi all I'm thinking of taking my car on track next year and was thinking will the current suspension hold up on track ? It's got original shocks with 40mm lowering springs it's great on road with no bodyroll but will it be good enough for track use ?

It all depends on how worn the shocks are. Worn shocks are hopeless anywhere, not just the track. New shocks, well then you can go nuts. I haven't driven a Mondeo on track with your setup, but mine has Koni yellow shocks on standard springs and with the stiffness wound right up, it handles awesome. It does have sports tyres on as well which does help a fair bit
