I'm going to be fitting my replacement suspension tomorrow. I've got a set of pinch bolts, just in case the ones coming out are fnucked on extraction. lol.

Does anyone know the torque settings for the pinch bolts... and if there are other nuts/bolts that need torquing down, what ones, and what torque.

Cheers fellas.

Pinch bolt is is 62 lb/ft (84Nm)
Strut top nut is 34 lb/ft (46Nm)
Anti rollbar link is 35 lb/ft (47Nm)

Thats all you need if you are going to remove the strut from the hub.
If you are going the whole hog and removingthe strut and lower hub then theres more, give a shout if you are doingit that way.

Cheers Steve...

I'm going to be replacing all four corners with the 40mm dropped Spax jobbies that was subject of another thread. So it's the spring & strut assembly removal & fitment for both the fronts and backs.

Cheers, in advance, for any extra gen you can give... I'll need it, lol.

btw, has JD PT'd you regarding the Mondy leather gear knob, as per previous PTs we did.

^^^ no worries m8, lol.

Back to the Spax jobbies.... So, there's nothing else to be worried about, apart from your thread comments earlier^^^...
