Hello All,

My near-side door mirror is loose / rattling.

I've taken the interior cover off expecting there to be something I could tighten - there isn't. The three torx bolts only look as though they attach the entire mirror assembly to the door, and they're on tight.

The only bit that rattles is the painted section, and when I didn't find anything internally on the inside I pulled the mirror inwards towards the car and it only appears that it's connected by the two springs. Is that correct? I guess I just need to replace the springs for a new set that haven't lost there tension?
