Greetings to all!
I need to take the subj off my 97 mk2 hatch. But something is still holding it.
I took off :
2 torx screws under the boot lid
2 upper front screws in wheel arches
2 screws connecting the bunper to the wheel arches
the rear low bottom bracket brocken off happily.
Now something is holding it on the sides near the corners it seems but I cannot figure our what it is and how to get to it.
Help very appreciated

There is a screw just under the wheel arch lining at the top corner by the tyres

I think I got those off. It is somewhere along the sides of the bumper ...

They are behind the arch lining and not in it.
Are there some runners?

Figured it out!
It was a nut on each side behind the sound insulation in the boot. You undo it and the bumber falls

:L Thanks so much - was removing mine and cursing just didn't want to come off - haynes manual was no good! Now I hope the filler and ahesive will hold as I'm told you can't plastic weld these babies!
