Had to renew my fuel lines in my engine the other day. The old ones had perished and split and were p*ssing diesel all over the injectors! Only cost me £4.49 for a length of fuel pipe from Halfrauds, cut it to length and had them all replaced within 10 minutes. Easy as pie!

Thing is though, it got me a bit worried. I set off to work (50 miles away), pulled up at work and noticed a strong smell of diesel and patches all over the floor. I assumed the worst and popped the bonnet. Had a look around and it wasn't a pretty sight. But, I then had to drive 50 miles home with split fuel lines and diesel in the engine! I don't know what the flash point is for diesel but I was half expecting the thing to self combust! Luckilly I got home and got it sorted.
