Hi Chaps

I've just got myself an '01 plate Mk3 Zetec S 2.5 V6. Which i love, pulls like a train, sounds great. Couple of questions for ya (ignore my ignorance!! as this is the first serious motor i've ever owned)

a) read herer that the water pump is a known fault, do you know where i can get one of the metal types you speak of?

b) Induction kits, know of any for the MK3?

c) I love the St220 rear light cluster, does anybody know where i can buy a set to put on my car?

All the light clusters, i think were the same for 01-03 and had the orange indicator lens, clusters asfter this had the clear indicator lens. Plenty on fleabay.

water pump issues i think were fixed on the Mk3

and i dont know of induction kits yet.. someone else will not doubt post that up

they do but they only list it for the ST220 but IIRC it'll fit the 2.5v6 mk3 the same

There was a guy on here called unclebeags1 or something who fitted a [email protected] 57i to his mk3 2.5...Some stuff about it here...

A) Waterpump was fixed on the Mk3. No need for the metal empellar type with your engine.

B) Bomz Kit somes highly reccomended from here, also availible from this site too. Others reccomend a K&N Panel filter in the standard airbox with a second airfeed to it (as per the ST220)

C)If your meaning the Ford Standard rear clusters found on all Post Facelift cars and the ST220 (with a chrome strip on the base) they are standar ford ones. Arounf the £150 mark from fords. You could check ebay or even a scrappy for them. Be warned you will need relectors on the rear bumper if you install these as the lights do not have them inside them.
