I'm going to check the little pump for the vapourizer tomorrow and see what that is doing? Do you think it's maybe worth trying to remove the glow plug out of the original Ford vapourizer and fit just a new Ford glow plug if the vapourizer isn't blocked? Can't really afford to fork out £280ish for a new vapouizer.

You can try but I doubt it will come out, I bought a used one for 40£ ebay been fine for 6kmiles. Unlikely that it's the fuel pump.

Think I may have cracked it! The cables were wet from the vapourizer and so was the top of the glowplug. Not getting enough vapour while trying to do a regen. Manged to get about half a turn on the glowplug into the body by bodging a tool. Cleared fault codes and car carried out a regen no problem. Had the car up on the ramp to check that everything was dry and all ok. Drove the car about 15miles home and no light. Will keep an eye on it over the next few days.
