I have a 1998 1.8 GLX & there is a sort of low humming sound coming from somewhere. It occurs all the time when I am stationary or on the move. When the clutch is depressed or not. When the engine is warm or cold. I can also 'feel' the noise through the pedals, steering wheel etc..
