Seen a lot ov convo on this here about Poly bushes, e.g. Powerflex.
I wondered what's needed to do the front & rear of a 94 4-pot Mk1, how easy the job is, and where to get them at a good price :L

TIA, Andy.

Is that a pair for the anti-roll-bar mate??? or for the wishbones?

I can imagin that the ARB ones ^ are a PoP to fit... Are the front wishbones easy to do, or is it best to have them pressed in at a workshop???
