Powerflex Subframe Bushes

1783 Views 7 Replies 6 Participants Last post by  Bkjames
I have today replaced the subframe bushes with powerflex poly bushes.
I have noticed that when I tightened the bolts the yellow rubber squeezed out from between the frame and the large washer by about 5mm all round. Is this normal for the rubber to squeeze out?

Thanks all! Any feedback will be appreciated.

The ones above are made by, or at least sold by Flo-Flex are are not made by Powerflex as said. Am not saying there is anything wrong with them, will be good to see how they handle and if they last the test of time, if they do so, then thats even better as they are around £20 cheaper per set then Powerflex ones. The link below is for the Powerflex ones.

Found that Burton Power sell Powerflex one full set of 4 £65.89 so think i will pop down there as not far from and i also get a discount for being a member of the Fiesta Club GB not sure how much they will work out at but will let you know next week.
