Hello to all,

I have a big problem with my car radio, I have 2 phones on Android 12 and since a few days my car radio does not detect my phones except from time to time but it is very rare

Would you have a solution please

I believe although the system can have multiple phones to connect to, it can only connect to 1 at a time

If both are in the car it should connect to the one set as favorite in the phone list

If the none favorite phone was in the car last and you have settings for contacts to download automatically it would have switched the contacts to that phone

When you next get in with the primary phone the system will want to change the contacts in the car

It may therefore be confused

Try setting one phone as the favorite and disable automatic contacts updating

I have also read that people have had problems pairing when the vehicle is moving if the phone had not connected properly before setting off

If you're using a USB cable it might be worth cleaning out the phone's USB socket. If there's any crap in the socket it might be preventing the cable from seating properly. A sharpened toothpick is ideal for cleaning out a USB C socket.
