Had the battery out and the radio has lost its code... code that is with car pack shows a different serial number to actual radio... so...it wont accept the code!!! bit stuck as checking the forums i need a M or V then 6 diit serial number but i have none on this radio... see attached stickers, can anyone help as to how i obtain a code for this radio unit?

My guess its vin coded.

Nothing comes up with buttons 1 - 6 if it is vin coded would that be a dealer job?
