Ok got uip this morning dorve down the Motorway and it started to overheat at 50 mph and then been overheating loads since? and the heating in car has gone POO! like just warm not hot like normal?? Thinking its the thermostat?? ANY other others.

Car is a Mondeo 2000 2.0 zetec mk2.

If the thermostat was stuck shut, the engine would overheat but your car heater would still be giving good heat. It sounds like a lack of coolant (you have checked the level?) or perhaps a waterpump failure.
