Recomendation on headunit

Ive had a few different ones but not been happy with them. Prefferably would need to be compatable with the stalk and cd changer but not essentail, but definatley needs to have easy ipod connectivity. Anyone recommend me something?

id go for an alpine or pioneer headunit

most pioneer head units have ipob/usb points on the front of the head unit and look the best imo

I do like some of these but the problem being i still want the stalk controls and going to be hard pushed to get adaptors for these units.
