removal of the clock panel

just a couple of quick questions got myself a new clock for the mondeo from the local wreckers yard and i would like to know how do you remove the front panel surrounding the clock?

also what model of mondeo is this clock i've got off it's a beige color with a chrome surround

pre and post faceift are different

pre means removing the centre console
post means just the clock panel facia
