Retro fitting Quickclear windscreen to Aspen

Is it possible to retrofit a quickclear windscreen to an aspen (97 mk2)

also would the same be the case for a heated rear windscreen same (97 mk2)

Don't all cars have heated rear windows as standard? I have I understood the question wrong?
