Rough Running When Cold

Hi everyone, need a little help with this one!!!

My 52 Plate TDCI 115ps runs rough for the first few miles when I start a journey. It's at its worst if I keep the car in 3rd or 4th gear (2000 revs) and keep the speed at a constant 30 ish mph. It feels like the car is missing, lacks power and judders at alot.
I've changed the injectors (delphi agent) and had them rechecked, the fuel metering valve has been been changed, the car has been fully serviced and the fuel filter was checked for metal (non found) , cam sensor changed and I've also cleaned the inlet manifold and EGR valve.
Does anyone have any other ideas????

Thanks in advance, Steve.

I've now made a blanking plate and put it in-between the EGR valve and the metal pipe which comes from the exhaust. I'll run it for a few days and see how it goes...
glow plugs??

could the mixture/cylinder not quite be hot enough for smooth running after start up??

mine does this but if i turn the glow plugs on fully 3-4 times before actually starting the car it seems fine.
Don't the glow plugs turn off straight after start up? Mine will still be a bit stuttery about a mile down the road. I have blanked off the EGR Valve and it seems to be running a lot better. I don't know what this will do to my fuel economy or if it will have any long terms effects to the engine? Does anyone know what effects blanking the EGR will have?
Steve.
The glow plugs don't turn off when the coil light goes out, they still stay on for a while after to reduce emissions, although I wouldn't think they would remain on for a few miles.
It also helped the smoothness of my 115tdci, and if anything the fuel economy went up by 2mpg (calc'd by brimming several tanks on similar long drives).
Has the engine management light come on?? thinking of doing mine

I think i've heard some adverse effects from doing this but can't remember what they are. Something to do with the gases from the EGR having a cooling effect on something....really not sure. However, pretty sure it will have been on this forum I have read this.
From what I've picked up from here / other sources the EGR is mostly there to have an effect on NOx gas emissions, but will also bring down combustion temperatures under load - the raised temps created by blanking it could have an effect on your turbo - but few can really give a firm answer.
It also helps warm up the engine quicker at start by recirculating the gases.
Thanks for the all the info, I haven't had any fault lights on and the engine is running better but still noisey.
