so if my car has been sitting for a few hours, as soon as I pull away there is a small rubbing sound like I left the hand break on

also last few days when I break I can hear what it like no brake pads.

so had all 4 changed today, no sticky calliper reported back

could it be while bearing?

There's a very easy way to check this. Jack up each corner and rotate the wheel.
To be fair, this is something that could have been checked when the pads were replaced.

Rust on the edges of the brake discs?

Jack the car up and spin each wheel and see if ones worse than the other.

You can upload to Youtube and put a link in the post, the forum will show the video/sound clip.
Sounds can be rather hit and miss to record though, the microphones tend to amplify most
mechanical noises.

Find an empty carpark or quiet road, get upto 20mph and dip the clutch and gently apply the handbrake.
Same noise?

As mentioned check the edges of the discs for rust.

ok so tried it at work a few times and even a few clicks on hand break and drove around the car park to no noises

8 hours later, as soon as I moved car made the noise.

on parking at home (12 miles away) as soon as I started to reverse the noise was there
