I have a 2006 2.0 petrol S-Max that is not able to complete the System readiness test.
Using Forscan to do a mode 6 test, I get low misfire on different cylinders. It is not always on the same cylinders and can be on one or all. The value for misfire is generally below 1%

I also get a too high value under the “Voltage amplitude and voltage threshold” for Oxygen sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1. This can also change after reset of the module but generally stays above 700 mV.

The engine runs “OK” but not good. Seems to lack power, especially in 5th gear.
Spark plugs wear out fast. The below picture is of a spark plug that has less than 1000 km.

I have been focusing on the misfire and have replaced coils, sparkplugs, camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, cleaned and tested injectors, intake shut off solenoid and PCV. The engine runs better than before but still not good.
My next step would be to replace the ECU.
Does anyone have similar experience or suggestions what could be wrong?
