Hi. Do you have any experiences with the use of 12V car fridge or on-seat massagers on your Ford? I would be grateful for any recommendations/opinions.

It does a good Shiatsu massage, true, it works well with Mondeo electrics, fact, but when session is completed, the massaging parts only stop moving, they don't sort of hide any where, they just stay in place. So you can't rest your back on the seat, as they will be keeping on stabbing you. You need to stop the car, get rid of the cover and then carry on without it. And yes, don't forget about readjusting the height of your chair, as you needed to lower it before putting the massager on it. Is it comfortable? Not at all. But at least it also works in the office and at home.
