My Monde doesnt have any history with it, is there any way I can get a copy of the service record ?

Maybe, it depends if Ford use a central warranty/service record system.

If they do then any dealer should be able to call up any work done on the car at a main dealer and give you a printout.

If they don't then no you're stuck unless you can find what garage looked after it and they still have the records. Obviously this also applies if it wasn't serviced at a main dealer.

PS. From memory I don't think Ford do this, they let their dealers choose between a number of competing computer systems and I'm not sure that there is a central database but worth a try....
