Hi everyone!

I have a 2015 mk5 Mondeo 2.0 diesel, which I have serviced regularly at the Ford dealers for 7 years. Since I'll be keeping it, I would like to save money where I can and I started servicing the car myself.

Now the problem is that I get this "SERVICE" message every now and then, referring to the regular service interval that I believe is either time or mileage based. Can anyone tell me how to reset it? I have a bunch of diagnostic tools with software laying around, so hopefully one of them can do the job. The interfaces are: ELM327, FORScan (looks very similar to ELM327) and DS150e.

I've been looking and asking far and wide but couldn't find an answer, so hopefully this is the right place.

Hi

I had a warning pop on to dash a couple of weeks before service was booked in. After checking level I found an item somewhere in the dash menus to switch off warning. Mileage was nowhere near limit it must have just registered lots of short journeys.
