Small jerking on clutch press and no gear up icon on dashboard

Hej Ford gurus

I have recently started to feel a jerking when pressing clutch, usually in 2. or 3. gear.
No changes in power behavior or my change in how applying clutch is noticed.

In higher gears, it does not happen, or it is barely noticeable (not sure yet).

Also, the HUD also has stopped showing gear up arrow when approaching 2k REV mark.

Car passed 184k kilometers and is a 2010 TDCi 2.0 Estate.

Did anyone had similar behavior observed? I've tried to search but could not find anything too similar.
