Smaller Belt??

Hi everybody, just a quick question;

I was having a general prod and poke around the engine bay of my 55 plate 2.0 tdci 130 and noticed a small drive belt on the right side of the engine (as you look at it) and I just wondered what it is and what it is for and if it needs routine changing like the aux drive belt.

Water pump drive belt, not sure when it needs changing.

100k miles on the service schedule AFAIK
