Just a quick question..

Ive got a mk3.5 mondeo with the aux port in the glovebox,

What type of lead do i need to connect up my ipod nano.

Is it just a 3.5mm jack lead? and does this plug straight into the headphone socket on my ipod?

Hi, as Col_Tubbs picture correctly shows, yes it is a 3.5mm stereo jack input, if your source (Ipod , walkman, phone etc) has a 3.5mm headphone socket on it then this lead (3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo jacks) is perfect.
