Squeak/clunk when changing gear

When changing from 5-4, 4-3 and sometimes 3-2 I get a squeak/clunk when depressing the clutch.
Happens if it is a quick change when "making progress" but not so often if taken slowly.

Any ideas 2.0 115bhp Zetec TDDi
