Hi,

As some of you may know, i've bought an ST rear bumper from Drucifer today.

As i have the facelift rear lights i need to get the grilles with the reflective bits on them, as well as the big centre one.

See attached pic.

Can anyone tell me the finis numbers for these with prices please?

This bumper is getting around, :whistling: ,
Drew got it off me,now did he give you the
stabilliser template aswell,cos you will need it.
The grilles are'nt cheap.
I have the part numbers and prices for the small
grilles and reflectors here.
1,small black grille, FD1439721.FD1439722. £3.77
2,Reflector assy FD1364873.FD1364876. £22.52
ALL prices are plus vat.
And i think this is the part number for the
large grille.FD1417768 cost £18.37

Need any help fitting it advice wise just ask.

Kazuyadog - I don't know what you mean by stabiliser template? Drew gave me the bumper and the 3 grille pieces. 2 small and 1 big centre (slightly broken).

The prices and finis numbers are different to the ones L11xxy has given.

Regarding the reflector parts. Do these come on a grille? Are they seperate? Can they be fitted to the grille pieces i have?

I'm also going to need screws for the bumper aren't i? Will i need any more than i have from my ZS bumper?

P.s - As i thought i needed all new grille pieces, i've just put the ones i had with the bumper on ebay. Should i have done that?, or do i need them?

The stabilliser fits between the under part of the bumper lip,if you look at the bumper you will se 5 holes,this is where the stabbiliser attaches.
I gave Drew the template "cardboard",with the bumper,it will save you approx £80 on buying a
new one from Ford,ask Drew for it,or if it has gone missing,i will send you another,just send me
a stamped addressed envelope.
The part numbers are correct except the last one which is incorrect,the part number for the
large centre grille is that which LIXY has put up
,it's a problem for me looking through invoices
when all they are called is a cover or insert,
i have got loads to look through.
The reflectors are separate to the grilles and
the little griles that came with the bumper will
not be of any use,the new one's are different.
You will need to bond them together aswell
because Ford only supply them lose with no
fitting kit.The reflector fits to the grille
and in turn they attach to the bumper through
some holes at the back of which should be a
fastener.So what i did was cut the lugs down on the reflectors then bonded the two parts together,this will save you having to put some holes in the bumper.
I will put a pic up for you to see the stabillser
you need it,it's job as the name implies is to
stop the bumper flying off the car.
You just get a cement puddle from Wickes £16
and cut it out with a jig saw the plastic is ideal
as it does'nt crack and is very tough.

If you stil want the template though, let me know and I will keep it in my car so the next time I am in the area I can pass it on!

The Finis Codes are this.You have 2 numbers
one is the nearside and the other offside.
Small Grilles FD1439721 and FD1439722 £3.77 EACH
Reflectors FD1364873 and FD1364876 £22.52 EACH
Centre Grille FD1322311 £20.34

The exhaust is a custom made stainless cat back
system,by COBRASPORT.

Drew,the template is specific to the ST bumpers,
parts from other bumpers won't be the same.
The ZETEC-S type might need altering to be made to fit,that is providing it is separate to the bumper,i know that on standard cars that the stabiliser is an integral part of the whole bumper. :L

This could be a nightmare.

Bodyshop is spraying ST bumper tomorrow. I was supposed to be picking it up wednesday.
Auction for ZS bumper ends wednesday night.

I'll try and have a look underneath tomorrow and see if i can work out whether the ZS stabiliser is integral or not.

Any idea how much different the ST stabiliser is from the ZS one?

all i know is that the ST type,is for the ST,and
no other.Would'nt take long to make one. :L

Right, just got home from bodyshop.

New ST bumper is on the car. Looks awesome btw! Will post pics of before and after sometime tomorrow, as long as the rain stops.
Also having a nice shiny exhaust tailpipe fitted too.

Template for the ZS bumper was all part of the actual bumper.

I did need the ST template. But the superb bodyshop i used made up a quick template from aluminium and used that instead. Quick spray of black paint and happy days!

Only downside was the Ford garage messing up my order for the ST grilles. Picking the rest of those up in the morning, followed by the new exhaust piece.

Very pleased!
