I heard a rumour that the late ST24 used the lower Mondeo ST200 Inlet Manifold and had the ECU adjusted to prevent the throttle from continually running on. Apparently this was because early ST24 had the same ecu as the V6 automatic making them difficult to drive. Is there any truth to the above rumours and what advantage does the ST200 Lower Manifold have over the standard ST24 early manifold.

as far as i am aware, the ST200 u are correct but i think its all V6's :L

the 2nd part i think u mean the traction control, or the throttle linkage ........ but later MK2's have electronic traction control :L

earlier V6's have a Traction control box i think
