Tdci lumpy /kangaroo's on start up

hi guys.. my 2003 Tdci 115 has started to kangaroo slightly after cold start up... it doesn't misfire just runs abit rough for the 1st few miles. it will accelerate fine with full throttle but kangaroos under normal driving.

there are no engine management lights on etc and the car runs fine other than this.

any help would be appreciated

I cured this with a change of glow plugs.
