I've been thinking about uping the power a bit on my '02 115 Tdci. I'm not realy into induction kits etc as I also tow a caravan and my experience of messing with induction in the past has lead me to find that engines seem to run too weak and loose pwer when working very hard up hills etc. All be it with carbed petrol engines.

I was wondering (besides 15bhp) what are the actuall differences between the 115 and 130 bhp engines, is it ecu, turbo or what. Can the 115 be upped to 130 by swapping bits.

There are cheaper alternatives like a tuning box which you can pick up from £100 (if you are lucky) up to £250.
