Thermostat

Splop.
Does anybody know where it is on a 130 Pre-facelift? Although it gets nice and warm in the car reasonably quickly, the gauge takes at least 5 to 6 miles for the needle to hit normal which leaves me to think it's not opening properly.

i do believe its on the right hand side of the head as u look at the bay, itll be a thermostat housing complete,prob black and plastic knowing ford, with water pipes coming off it
