Anyone has torque specs for thermostat housing studbolts and the nuts? I need for 9a465a and 9a465b also for the nuts (HN1). I have oil leak from these studs... Now what you suggested to stop leak? Check torque or put some thread sealant for heating/water etc to stop leaking?

10Nm 7ft/lbs I would just nip them up using a small 1/4" ratchet with a short handle.

Nuts are not inside the area containing coolant on the housing anyway. Do the longer studs enter
the water jacket or oil gallery?

If they do then yes you can add some blue threadlock. I would put a small amount on and let it partially set and then
add some more just before fitting so you get a thicker buildup of threadlock material.
